We don't mass-produce. Every Proapci cockpit is an individual engineering project: born from your measurements, hand-laminated layer by layer and dimensionally verified before it travels to your bike.

Designed to your measurements
The A–I protocol captures your real position: setback, angles, elbow width, spacers. From that data we project the exact geometry of your part, with a UCI-compliant option if you race federated.

Hand carbon layup
We cut and orient every layer of carbon fiber by hand, controlling fiber direction where the part demands stiffness and letting it breathe where comfort asks for it.

Curing and verification
Pressure- and temperature-controlled curing, machined interfaces and part-by-part dimensional verification. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

Peloton validation
Our components race in the Colombian and international professional peloton. The final validation isn't a test bench: it's the road at 50 km/h.
