Withdrawal & Returns

Right of withdrawal — standard products

For distance purchases of standard line products (Fibonner ST), you may withdraw within five (5) business days of delivery, provided the product has not been used or installed and retains its original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer (art. 47, Law 1480 of 2011). Refunds are issued within thirty (30) calendar days.

Custom products — excluded from withdrawal

Products made to measure according to your specifications (Fibonner, Tribonner, custom base bars, and any part built from the fit protocol) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under the exception in article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

This condition is disclosed expressly before the deposit is paid, and checkout records your acceptance with a timestamp.

Payment reversal

In the cases set out in article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011 (fraud, unauthorized transaction, product not received or not as ordered), you may request a payment reversal from your card issuer within five (5) business days, notifying us at the same time.

Custom product deposits

The 50% deposit starts fabrication of a personalized part. Its validity period and the conditions for partial refund if you withdraw during fabrication are governed by the policy published at checkout. (Final terms pending legal review.)

International orders

International sales are governed by Colombian law and DAP Incoterm; import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility (see Shipping Policy).
