Carrier

All orders ship with DHL Express, with a tracking number and door-to-door tracking.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the product's published price, for both domestic and international orders: there is no additional shipping charge. This does not include import duties or taxes at destination (see international shipping section).

Lead times

• Fabrication: standard 3–4 weeks; custom 4–6 weeks (current lead times are published on each product page and may be adjusted in high season).
• Transit: Colombia 1–3 business days; international typically 3–7 business days depending on destination and customs.

Custom orders

Custom products ship once the remaining 50% payment is received. Before dispatch we send photos of your finished part.

International shipping — duties and taxes

We operate under the DAP Incoterm (Delivered At Place): import duties, taxes and customs fees of the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are paid directly to customs or to DHL at destination.

General guidance (not tax advice):

• United States: low-value imports may enter with minimal duties (de minimis regime); check the current threshold.
• European Union: local VAT of the destination country applies, plus possible duties.
• Latin America: varies significantly by country.

We accompany you through the import process and help you understand your country's requirements, but we never promise "tax-free" delivery.

Package held at customs

If your package is held, contact us: we will guide you through the paperwork (commercial invoice, goods description) to release it.
