Warranty Policy

Legal warranty

Proapci provides a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects: failures in materials or workmanship attributable to the production process.

What is covered

• Lamination, bonding or finishing defects in the carbon fiber.
• Structural failures under normal cycling use.
• Inserts, anchors and hardware supplied by Proapci.

What is not covered

• Impacts, crashes, accidents or improper transport.
• Incorrect installation or installation outside torque specifications (over-torque).
• Modifications, drilling or painting after delivery.
• Normal wear of surfaces and pads.
• Damage resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer (protocol measurements are the customer's responsibility).

Claim procedure

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, a description of the defect and photos/video.
2. Proapci responds within the terms of Law 1480 of 2011 and coordinates the technical inspection of the part.
3. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, as provided by law: repair, replacement or refund.
